• Cassidy

My name is Cassidy Chavez, and I’m a Southern California native currently living in Redondo Beach. My path to Pilates has been anything but ordinary—I originally worked in the medical field as an emergency room technician and clinical aid in a physical therapy clinic, with plans to become a physician assistant. But after being diagnosed with a life-changing autoimmune disease, I discovered a more holistic approach to healing—one centered on vitality, alignment, and sustainable movement. That’s when Pilates became an integral part of my life.

Pilates met me at every stage of my healing journey and ultimately became my passion. I’m now a BASI Certified Instructor, having completed both the Comprehensive and Graduate programs. My goal is to help clients not only move better but feel better—supporting the body as a whole and adding life to your years, not just years to your life.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to build strength, or simply want to feel more at home in your body, I would love to support you on your wellness journey. Let’s get moving together!

To book a session, please contact the front desk or reach out directly. I’d love to meet you!
